These terms are an agreement between you and Syncast Solutions (“we”, “us”) for the use of the CarSlip app and this website. By creating a showroom or an account, or by using CarSlip, you accept them. If you use CarSlip for a business, you accept them for that business.
1. The service
CarSlip helps rent a car showrooms manage cars, rentals, payments, receipts, expenses and reports. It works on the device first and syncs with our servers when online. We improve it over time and may change or remove features; we will not remove your ability to see and export your records.
2. Accounts and showrooms
- An account signs in with email and password, Google, Apple, or as a guest. A guest account exists only on the device that made it: if that device is lost, reset or signed out, the guest’s access cannot be recovered. Save a guest account with an email, Google or Apple to keep it.
- One account belongs to one showroom. The owner invites managers and staff and is responsible for what they do in the showroom and for removing those who leave.
- Keep your password and devices safe. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement.
3. Your data and your customers
- The records you enter belong to your showroom. You give us permission to store, process, sync and back them up only to provide CarSlip to you.
- You are responsible for collecting your customers’ information (such as names, phone numbers and CNICs) lawfully, for telling them how you use it, and for its accuracy.
- You can export your records at any time, on every plan, even after a paid plan ends. How we handle data is described in the Privacy policy.
4. Plans and payment
- CarSlip has a free plan with limits and paid plans with higher limits and more features. The app shows each plan’s limits and price before you buy.
- Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions bought in the app through Google Play or the App Store and charged to your store account. The price shown in the store at the time of purchase applies.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it in Google Play or the App Store before the renewal date (on the App Store, at least 24 hours before). Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan stays until the end of the period already paid.
- Refunds follow the rules of the store you bought from (Google Play or Apple). We cannot refund a store purchase ourselves.
- The plan belongs to the showroom, not to a phone.
- If a plan ends or a showroom is above its plan’s limits, nothing is deleted: adding more is blocked, and an ended plan makes the showroom read-only with export still working.
- We may change prices for future periods. A change never affects a period you have already paid for; the stores tell subscribers before a renewal at a new price.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use CarSlip to break the law, to store information you have no right to hold, to try to reach another showroom’s data, to get around plan limits or security, to overload or attack our servers, or to copy, resell or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows.
6. Printouts and records
CarSlip prints the terms, header and details you enter. You are responsible for their content and for checking receipts, rental agreements and amounts before giving them to customers. Calculations follow your settings; check them for your business.
7. Availability
CarSlip is provided “as is” and “as available”. The app keeps working offline, but syncing, sign-in, invites, purchases and account deletion need internet and our providers (Google, Apple, RevenueCat). We work to keep the service running and your data safe but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Keep your devices and the app up to date.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profit, lost business, or disputes between you and your customers), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for CarSlip in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending
- You can stop using CarSlip and delete your account at any time (More → Account → Delete account; see Delete your account).
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you where we reasonably can. You will still be able to export your records unless the law prevents it.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. Using CarSlip after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction.
